ASSORUP is the national association of Project Managers (RUP) for the awarding of public contracts and procurement experts who work closely with Contracting Authorities.
OUR GOAL
ASSORUP aims to transform RUPs from mere officials into procurement professionals through a multidisciplinary network that provides protection and services to members, mutual support, and representation before institutions to influence public contract policies.
WHY WE DO IT
ASSORUP was founded in an era when the revision of the public contracts code and the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) require impacting the national procurement system to ensure best practices in contracts and concessions carried out by honest, competent, and responsible RUPs.
